Licensed Automotive Technician

Job Description

We are continuing to build our team of automotive professionals and are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, strategic and self driven Licensed Automotive Technician. Our ideal candidate will be excellent communicators who enjoy working directly with both customers and our team and have a commitment to high quality standards of work.

The best candidates will understand that customers have a choice in where they service their vehicles and will do everything possible to ensure that we provide unparalleled service to show customers real value for their hard-earned money.

As a Licensed Automotive Technician, you not only know how to diagnose and perform general and advanced repairs on vehicles, but you are also an independent worker and a team player.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Licensed Technician in Ontario and registered with the Ontario College of Trades
Valid Ontario Class G Drivers' License is required
Process driven with impeccable organization and prioritization abilities
Understanding of FCA products is an asset
Good keyboarding and computer skills
A good understanding of scheduled maintenance and vehicle service needs
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Lot Attendant

-maintain vehicle inventory

-ensure new vehicle deliveries are checked in for damage and parked in the appropriate spots

-ensure all vehicles are parked in straight lines

-merchandise the new and used cars by adding plate brackets/year frames and appropriate stickers

-delivery of vehicles to suppliers for lettering/tint/accessories if necessary

-dealer trade exchanges if needed

-maintain the lot displays

-assist with showroom displays

-organization of the sales storage room

-high level of customer service and satisfaction

-assist the sales and service team with shuttling vehicles

Auto Detailer

Job Description

Our goal is simple... to be the best. We believe to be the best we must do everything absolutely possible to make things easy and awesome for our customers and our fellow team members.

We are looking for a thorough, responsible Auto Detailer who will adhere to provide quality automotive cleaning services to our customers. The Auto Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle. You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.

You should be committed to providing excellent service to customers. You should be courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition.
Managing inventory and reordering supplies.
Performing other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior detailing experience would be an asset
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
Availability to meet full-time requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver's License G with clean driver's abstract
