Roadside Assistance

 

The FCA Service Contract will extend the existing roadside assistance coverage that is included with all new Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram vehicles sold. There are many services provided with roadside assistance such as;

 

  • Towing: If the vehicle cannot be driven due to mechanical breakdown.

  • Winching: If your vehicle is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow adjacent to a publicly maintained roadway.

  • Flat Tire: If the vehicle’s tire is flat, the spare tire will be installed.

  • Out of Fuel: If your vehicle has run out of fuel, a small amount will be delivered.

  • Dead Battery: If your battery is dead, the vehicle will be jump-started.

  • Lockout: If you are locked out, assistance will be dispatched up to 100 km to your location.

 

Rental Vehicle

 

The Service contract offers coverage of a rental in the event that your vehicle has a defect that is causing it to become inoperable. Any extra rental expenses such as insurance, fuel and mileage charges are not covered under the Service Contract.
